At The Merri Artist, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Package Your Items

  Ensure all items are in their original, unused condition and packaging, then securely place them in a shipping box with the authorization number included.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix your shipping label and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of your tracking information.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
